Owens had five catches for 98 yards and a touchdown in Dallas' 34-9 win over Seattle on Thursday.
Impacts: Owens is becoming happy and productive again with Tony Romo returning to form. T.O. was coming off a 213-yard receiving game against San Francisco on Sunday, and would have had another 100-yard game if he hadn't dropped a wide-open slant on Romo's last pass with 6:19 left in the game.

Terrell Owens caught five passes for 98 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against Seattle. Owens did it all Thursday: a fantasic one-handed grab, a deep route that force a pass interference, a 33-yard grab, two drops, and a lazy effort that led to a pick. [...]

Dallas WR Terrell Owens will have an even healthier Tony Romo
News: Dallas WR Terrell Owens will have an even healthier Tony Romo throwing him passes in Week 13 at home against Seattle on Thanksgiving. That is great news considering Romo and T.O. hooked up seven times for 213 yards and a touchdown in last week's game against the 49ers. He's got catches in each of his last three Thursday contests and the Seattle is one of the worst passing defenses in football. [...]

News: Against the 49ers in Week 12, Owens had catches of 75, 52 and 45 yards, three of his five longest all season, as part of a 213-yard, one-touchdown day. His seven catches matched a season high. San Francisco might've helped by the way it defended Owens. Or, rather, didn't defend him. Instead of jamming Owens at the line and having a safety take over once Owens works free - the approach most teams have used this season - the 49ers let cornerback Nate Clements play off Owens and chase him one-on-one. Considering the results, if foes weren't already convinced which strategy was best, this might clinch it. Of course, Owens has faced jamming cornerbacks most of his 13-year career. The difference this season is that his poor numbers have prompted talk that he's lost a step. "Being that I'm 34, y'all want to say I can't get off the jam. I understand that," Owens said. Reminded that he'll be 35 a week from Sunday, Owens said, "OK, OK, it don't matter. I'm 34 and I just had (213) yards. Now what? I'm just saying, how about that?" [...]

I\'m not saying that in a negative way. For whatever reason, the opportunities didn\'t present themselves. Like I said, I know what I can do once I get the opportunities and I get catchable balls,\" Owens said.

News: In the Cowboys' 35-22 win vs. the 49ers in Week 12, WR Terrell Owens made up for a fairly lackluster season with a seven-catch, 213-yard game against his old team with a touchdown. His score came on his first catch, a 75-yard bomb from Tony Romo that traveled about 50 yards through the air before Owens fought off a clinging Niners defender for nearly 20 yards as he scored. His second catch was also a long bomb good for 45 yards and topped 200 yards receiving on a short reception late in the game. T.O. had the second-most yards of his career, behind only the 283 he had for San Francisco when he caught an NFL-record 20 passes in 2000. It was the fourth-most in Cowboys history, the best in the NFL since Philadelphia's Kevin Curtis had 221 in September 2007 and tops by a Dallas player since Tony Hill had 213 against the Eagles in 1979. "He's still got it," Romo said. "He's a fantastic player." [...]

Head coach Wade Phillips said he did not entirely disagree with Owens\' comments. \"In some cases they are true. I\'d say us getting him the football is the most important thing because, again, he\'s a great player, and we\'ve got to get him the ball. And if he\'s not getting the ball enough, then it goes back to us.\"

Terrell Owens, the outspoken wide receiver with the well-worn
News: Terrell Owens, the outspoken wide receiver with the well-worn reputation for wanting to be involved simply hasn't been during the Cowboys' midseason swoon. He's been held to a pair of catches three times this season, doesn't have a 100-yard receiving game and has caught more than one touchdown pass just once. A lot of his woes have to do with the injury to quarterback Tony Romo, which certainly didn't help his stats. Owens and the Cowboys are preparing for an NFC East showdown with the Redskins in Washington this week, where T.O. will get reacquainted with cornerback DeAngelo Hall. "At the rate he's playing, I'm looking forward to a big day," Owens said, smiling. "I'm no stranger to playing against him. Owens said doubt crept in as early as the first month of the season after the team lost to the Washington Redskins then answered with an unimpressive win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Owens added, \"I think the loss to Washington made a lot of people raise a lot of eyebrows. I think those two games alone kind of let everybody in this locker room know you got to have sort of a self check like, \'OK, we\'re probably not as good as we think we are, or probably not as good as hyped.\'\"
Terrell Owens is displeased with the lack of catchable balls
Terrell Owens is displeased with the lack of catchable balls he has been seeing as of late, according to the Star-Telegram. He said, "I can be frustrated, but if I go out and talk about being frustrated, then itÂ’s another story. For me, I just try to keep it in check and make the most of my opportunities. ThatÂ’s the only thing I can do. From here on out, all I can do is just run my routes and put what I do on film. If IÂ’m open and I donÂ’t get the ball, then I donÂ’t get the ball. ThereÂ’s nothing really I can do. I canÂ’t throw and catch the ball myself. I can only just do what I can control."The Cowboys have a bye this weekend and are expected to get Tony Romo back in Week 11, which will take care of Owens' problem.
