John Crumpacker, of The San Francisco Chronicle, reports San Francisco 49ers QB Shaun Hill showed he was capable of being a starting quarterback during the 2008 season. While he should improve with experience, he has not been named the starter for 2009 and will be in another new offensive system next year.
