Kent Babb of the Kansas City Star tweeted that the Chiefs will re-sign linebacker Justin Rogers with guard Mike Goff going on IR.
Our View: Rogers should only contribute on special teams coverage, and will hold no fantasy value as a deep reserve at linebacker.

Mike Goff has been placed on injured reserve, according to SLAM Sports.
Our View: His season was ended by a shoulder injury. Goff was the starting right guard, and will be missed on the Chiefs' already unstable offensive line.

Status: I.R.. Out for season
Chiefs placed RG Mike Goff (shoulder) on injured reserve, ending his season. Goff had been in obvious decline in his final two seasons with San Diego, so it's not surprising that he didn't help the Chiefs' line. Goff is signed for 2010, but will probably be cut this offseason. He turns 34 in January.
