News: The Jaguars play at Tennessee in Week 8, and Jacksonville RB Maurice Jones-Drew will be looking to improve on his poor performance against the Titans back in Week 4, when he managed only 14 rushing yards. He did manage to score a touchdown in that game, however. Tennessee ranks ninth against the run this season, but Jones-Drew should be able to get going against a pass defense that ranks dead last. According to the Florida Times-Union, Jaguars' running back Maurice Jones-Drew believes his team is the best in the NFL. When asked to name the best team in the league, Jones-Drew said: "I think the Jaguars are. We have a lot of young guys who are starting to get their feet under them. You guys expect me to say anybody else."
Our View: The funniest part of this interview is shortly after, when the reported goes on to ask Jones-Drew for an honest answer. There really wasn't anything else he could say when asked that question, but his mood has certainly changed since calling out his entire squad a few weeks ago.
