Matt Wilhelm would start at inside linebacker if Takeo Spikes is unable to play with his hamstring injury, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Our View: Wilhelm racked up a career-high 97 tackles over 14 games with San Diego in 2007, and could be a decent filler for Spikes if you need help in IDP leagues.
49ers | Spikes limited Friday, not expected to play Week 11
Updating a previous item, Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers LB Takeo Spikes (hamstring) was limited during the team’s practice Friday, Nov. 20, and he is listed as questionable for Week 11. Spikes is not expected to play and will likely be replaced by LB Matt Wilhelm.

Our View: Matt Wilhelm would start were Spikes unable to go. In nine games this season, he has 42 tackles.
