Steve Wyche, of NFL.com, reports Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan (toe) has started to run and will be able to participate at the start of offseason workouts.

Matt Ryan (toe) will be ready to go when offseason conditioning starts on March 22, according to J. Michael Moore of the Falcons' official site.

Our View: Ryan was expected to be ready all along, though it's nice to hear that he's remained on track. Look for him to enter 2010 as quality fantasy backup, and maybe even a starter in 12-14 team leagues.
