Bills DT Marcus Stroud (knee) has been ruled out for Week 11. As if Maurice Jones-Drew's matchup against the No. 32 run defense could get any better. Stroud, Buffalo's nose tackle, leads Bills defensive linemen in tackles with 40, and they may also be minus "three technique" Kyle Williams again due to a knee sprain. Williams is questionable on the injury report.
