News: Redskins WR Malcolm Kelly is excited for training camp and is ready to prove he's healthy after dealing with knee problems his rookie season. He tried to improve himself this offseason. "I came out with the same attitude," Kelly said. "I came out wanting to get in the starting rotation. That has to be your attitude. This year I have done more stuff off of the field to help my body. From dieting to strengthening programs and things like that. This time I have been more serious off the field and getting my body right to play. You can go out there and play but if your body isn't right it doesn't matter how good you are." [...]
