Kelly's knee feeling strong

The Redskins' official website is reporting that the knee of wide out Malcolm Kelly is reacting well during the team's practices. Kelly expects to be 100 percent for the start of the season, but he wants to see how it reacts to training camp and preseason games.
Our View: Kelly lost most of his 2008 rookie season, and he is hoping that won't be the case in 2009. Kelly should not be conisered in fantasy drafts, but he may be a player to keep an eye on during the first few weeks of the season.
