Lito Sheppard practiced for the first time Friday since leaving last week's game with a groin injury, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. He said, "I feel well, swell. Today was a good indication that I was able to do what's necessary. I think I'll be fine."He is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 3 cornerback this weekend against the Giants. He will solidify the depth of the secondary, but holds no fantasy value in IDP leagues.
