Allen Wilson, of The Buffalo News, reports Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said CB Leodis McKelvin is getting better but is not being used as much in complex game plans. \"HeÂ's really getting better. Sometimes we have very complex game plans, and when you donÂ't get all the reps itÂ's kind of tough to be on top of your game. We had a more complex game plan last week and he didnÂ't get a lot of reps in practice, so he didnÂ't play as much. HeÂ's coming along. HeÂ's going to be fine,\" Fewell said.

Bills placed CB/KR Leodis McKelvin (leg) on injured reserve, ending his season. The Bills will turn to burnable veteran Drayton Florence after McKelvin fractured a bone in his lower leg/ankle are in Week 3. While his brief 2009 season will remembered for a Week 1 fumble against the Pats, last year's first-rounder has a bright future as both a corner and a returner.
