Titans RB LenDale White was involved in an incident in Denver, when he allegedly struck a motorist who was apart of a minor vehicle accident with White and his party. The Denver Police Department will not file charged despite reports that White became violent. \"The verbal argument turned physical and (White) began striking and shoving the victim,\" the offense report said. It also noted that White used his belt and belt buckle as a weapon. But Lieutenant Matt Murray said that \"the entire incident was reviewed, the evidence was reviewed and no charges were filed.\" The NFL and the Titans are both aware of the incident.

No charges will be filed, but Titans running back LenDale White reportedly got in a minor traffic accident in Denver and after a verbal altercation with the other driver, struck him with a belt and belt buckle, according to the Tennessean. Denver Police Lieutenant Matt Murray said "The reason the case got dismissed is the evidence contradicts the statements.'The other driver had to be treated at the hospital for lacerations. The NFL has been made aware of the incident.

Terry McCormick, of The City Paper, reports no criminal charges will be filed against Tennessee Titans RB LenDale White in a matter that occurred Feb. 14, in Denver. Police responded to an alleged assault that had taken place on Leslie Joe Hoch, who was in an argument with three men. According to the police report, an unidentified man apparently with White began arguing with Hoch about a minor vehicle accident. Hoch claimed the first man started shoving and striking him and that a man, listed on the police report as believed to be White, hit him with a belt and belt buckle. The facts of the case were presented to the Denver District AttorneyÂ's Office Monday, Feb. 23, but the case was refused for prosecution based on evidence that was conflicting in key aspects of the reported version of the matter.
