Pro Football Weekly reports that Laurence Maroney has been returning kicks in OTAs. He has not been used in that role since his rookie season.
Our View: The move could possibly stick, meaning Maroney would not likely be the No. 1 running back in New England. The Pats traded their kick returner from last season, Ellis Hobbs, opening the spot for Maroney.
