Orton enters Broncos camp as definitive No. 1 QB
Not since his days at Purdue has Denver Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton entered training camp as the definitive starter.

Kyle Orton completed 15-of-29 passes for 171 yards and an interception against the Chargers in Week 11. Chris Simms started the game and once again looked hapless, completing just 2-of-4 passes for 10 yards and losing a fumble. A hobbled Orton came on to a chorus of cheers to start the fourth series and immediately began moving the offense. The momentum stalled with a goal-line fumble, and the passing game fell flat thereafter. Orton didn't re-injure his ankle, so he'll likely start Thursday against the Giants.
