Robinson out for season with broken tibia

Bernie Miklasz of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that Rams' wide receiver Laurent Robinson will miss the rest of the season with a broken tibia. Robinson was having a very nice season before the injury, as he was the team's leading receiver through three weeks.
Our View: This is a huge blow for a team that is already dreadfully thin at the receiver position. Expect Keenan Burton and Danny Amendola to get more opportunity with Robinson being out, but none of those players are fantasy threats.

Status: I.R.. Out for season
Rams placed WR Keenan Burton on injured reserve with a torn right patellar tendon, ending his season. Rookie Brandon Gibson, coming off a 93-yard game, will move into the every-down receiver position opposite Donnie Avery. Burton proved this year that he lacks the talent and separation skills to be a long-term starter. With a cheap contract, he'll return in 2010 to compete for a substitute role.
