Jamie Winborn auditioned for the Bills today, according to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post. The team also tried out Matt Wilhelm, Leon Williams, Alex Lewis and Patrick Thomas.

Our View: The Bills are in need of depth at linebacker with Kawika Mitchell done for 2009 with a knee injury. It is uncertain if they will add any of the aforementioned players from the list after signing Chris Draft.

Kawika Mitchell has been placed on injured reserve by the Bills, according to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post.

Our View: Mitchell's season was ended early by a serious knee injury suffered in Week 5 against Cleveland. The Bills auditioned several linebackers for depth, such as Matt Wilhelm.

Bills placed LB Kawika Mitchell (knee) on injured reserve, ending his season. The Bills haven't released details on the injury to Mitchell's right knee, but we're guessing it's a torn ACL. Mitchell is signed through 2012, and Buffalo has zero quality depth behind him.
