The Boston Globe reports that Jerod Mayo has not participated in OTAs or the Patriots' mandatory minicamp due to an undisclosed injury.

Our View: Mayo was the Defensive Rookie of the Year last season and should see continued improvement as a sophomore - assuming the injury is not that significant. He is not on crutches, but we'll have to see how much he participates in training camp. He can be a beast in tackle-heavy IDP formats.
