Every day, inevitably, an email pings the DallasCowboys.com inbox asking if the team should bring back Terrell Owens as the No. 3 wide receiver.
Yeah, not happening.
And the Cowboys probably won't be reversing course to pursue Braylon Edwards or Plaxico Burress anytime soon, and Hines Ward is retired.
Per Jason Garrett, Jerry and Stephen Jones, there is a commitment to the young guys on the roster to fill the job behind Miles Austin and Dez Bryant.
However, it's worth wondering if there's another veteran receiver who would make sense here. Given the logjam of younger, more athletic wideouts in Green Bay, there appears to be a chance that 37-year-old Donald Driver may be let go before the regular season.
