The Miami Herald indicates that Fred Taylor has been arrested outside a Miami Beach nightclub on charges of disorderly conduct. Taylor was not taken to jail, according to Detective Juan Sanchez, a spokesman for the Miami Beach Police Department. He was instead released outside of Club Cristal on Fifth Street on his own recognizance with a promise to appear in court.The exact details of his arrest are unknown, and it remains to be seen if the incident merits a suspension by the NFL.

Status: Out. Out indefinitely
Fred Taylor (ankle surgery) still has not resumed practicing. It's impressive that the Pats have been able to keep him off injured reserve so long. Taylor hasn't played or practiced in seven weeks and remains without a timetable for return. He's deservedly on most fantasy waiver wires.
