Status: Out. Out Indefinitely
Fred Taylor revealed that Thursday's ankle surgery was "more serious than a scope," but he still hopes to return this season. Taylor suffered a high ankle sprain and also tore "a couple of ligaments" that required surgery. The Boston Globe's sources have Taylor out until at least December, so it remains likely that he'll have to be placed on injured reserve at some point.
