The St. Louis Rams have not promised newly acquired wideout Laurent Robinson significant playing time despite the fact the team has only one receiver (Donnie Avery) with more than 13 catches in the NFL, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Our View: The 6'2", 194-pound Robinson was a third-round pick in 2007 out of Illinois State. After a stellar rookie season in which he caught 37 balls for 437 yards, Robinson fell out of favor with the Atlanta coaching staff, leading to just five catches and 52 yards in 2008.
