Derrick Brooks will have his playing time reduced in the coming season, but after 14 years the team will not push him to hang up his cleats this season, according to Pro Football Weekly.The report stated that Brooks will be welcomed this season in a reduced role, but the team hopes that he might consider hanging up his cleats after this season, though he still has two years left on his contract. At least he won't be cut loose unceremoniously as former star Simeon Rice was last year.
