Dante Rosario expects to be ready for the start of training camp, according to the Panthers' official team website. He underwent back surgery in May.

Our View: Rosario will compete with Jeff King for the No. 1 role at tight end, if he proves to be healthy. The Panthers field an efficient offense, and Rosario would be worth a look as a flier if he wins the starting gig.
