The Redskins have placed strong safety Chris Horton on injured reserve, effectively ending his season.
Our View: Horton injured his toe in Sunday's loss to the Falcons and will be out 4-to-6 months. It appears the safety will require surgery and will not be able to contribute at all for the remainder of the season.
