Carlos Rogers, who is recovering from reconstructive knee surgery, took part in the 11-on-11 portion of practice for the first time Tuesday, according to the Washington Times. He is working at full speed and said, "It felt pretty good. I didn't have any swelling or nothing. I wasn't even thinking about my knee when I was out there. I wasn't even supposed to be practicing yet, but I did everything they did. I've been bugging the coaches to let me get out there."He will not play in the first preseason game against the Colts Sunday, but hopes to see action at some point in the preseason, depending on how his knee responds.
