If the New York Jets hire a coach who wants to run a 4-3 defense instead of the 3-4 they have recently employed, it will affect a number of Jets players, notably Calvin Pace, according to the Bergen Record.Pace was a 4-3 end in Arizona that struggled in that position before excelling as a 3-4 outside linebacker who rushes the passer. He had 7.0 sacks this season, and may have to go back to end if the team goes to a 4-3.
