Updating a previous report, Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams DE C.J. Ah You (knee) will be placed on Injured Reserve after injuring his anterior cruciate ligament during practice Wednesday, Nov. 18.
