The Redskins were impressed with rookie Brian Orakpo after his first preseason game on Thursday, according to The Washington Post.
Our View: "I thought he had exceptional speed," coach Jim Zorn was quoted as saying. "I thought he played hard. I liked what I saw. I think we got a player there." Orakpo apparently looked more comfortable at defensive end, his position in college, than linebacker, however. How the club plans to use him this season will surely evolve as the preseason does.
