Brad Meester, who has been recovering from a torn right biceps, is aiming to return this weekend against the Browns, according to the Jaguars' official website. Meester said, "We had set a goal for a couple of weeks ago, but there were some concerns about how well it was attached. It was still early. I donÂ’t run that chance now. ItÂ’s 100 percent. ItÂ’s been tough watching. The moment is finally here and it feels good."Meester is a solid NFL center and the Jaguars' timing and rhythm on offense will be improved upon his return.
