John Oehser, of Colts.com, reports Indianapolis Colts president Bill Polian said he expects FS Bob Sanders (knee) to start training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Status: I.R.. Out for season
Colts president Bill Polian said that Bob Sanders (injured reserve, biceps) will be back next season as long as Sanders' recovery goes well. Polian called all of Sanders' injuries bad luck and said the strong safety was playing at an elite level before going down. Still, considering how well the Colts' secondary has played without Sanders and his monster contract that runs through 2012, don't be surprised if they shop or eventually cut him.
