Our View: Davis continues to perform very well, as he topped 100 yards in two of his last three outings. The rising star also leads all tight ends with eight touchdowns.

Our View: Smith could not lead the 49ers to a win, but had a strong performance against one of the best pass defenses in the NFL. He flashed his potential as a former No. 1 pick, and bounced back following a poor performance against the Bears in Week 10.

49ers' quarterback Alex Smith wasn't impressive on Thursday night, but he was good enough to lead te Niners to a 10-6 win over the Bears. Smith was 16-for-23 passing for 118 yards and an interception.

Our View: Smith was fairly efficient tonight, but his overall numbers were not impressive. He failed to throw a touchdown, and anyone who was forced to start him this week is in big trouble.

Our View: Many expected this to be the week where Crabtree broke out, but he was held in check by an unimpressive Titans secondary. He was targeted nine times, but it appears that he and Alex Smith haven't formed a fluid working relationship just yet. Expect his numbers to increase as they get more comfortable with each other down the road.

Our View: Smith found seldom used wide receiver Jason Hill twice in the end zone, but also had three picks in the game, including two in the fourth quarter that led to the Niners demise. Still, it was nice to see him spread the ball around to someone other than Vernon Davis and have a little more confidence in using his wideouts. He can be a decent waiver pickup if your starting QB has a bye week coming up.

Our View: The NFL's leader in receiving touchdowns had a nice game, but never found the end zone in this one. He hooked up plenty of times with quarterback Alex Smith, and its hard to complain about a 100-yard game, but owners were likely hoping he would have added to his seven scores this season.

Our View: Hill had played in just two games this season and failed to record a catch, but he hooked up with Alex Smith on plays of 12 and three yards to get into the end zone twice on Sunday. Unfortunately, he likely won't have another effort of this magnitude again this season, so if you're thinking about grabbing him off the waiver wire, stop and think again.
