The scheduled surgery on the shoulder of Steelers' defensive end Aaron Smith has been delayed twice due to illness, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Smith postponed his October 16 appointment due to the flu, and then again a week later due to a sinus infection.
Our View: Smith will give it a try again this week, but he will have to wait to see if his sinus infection is fully cleared up. The longer he waits, the later he will be able to return, but as long as he has it soon he should be ready to go next season.
