Update: Ilgauskus will be out of action for at least two games with a sprained left ankle, the Associated Press reports.

Analysis: Ilgauskus was injured during the fourth quarter of Wednesday's victory over Philadelphia and x-rays taken after the game came back negative. Cleveland plays Friday and Saturday, and then not again until Wednesday, December 17; so hopefully Ilgauskus' ankle is healed by that time.
