Yi Jianlian played 19 minutes off of the bench in Monday's 107-78 loss to the Bucks. He finished with 11 points, two treys, two boards, and a block against his former team.
Our View: Yi appears to have fallen out of favor with Lawrence Frank and he only holds value in deep leagues because of it. The potential is still there, but it appears that he is destined for a reserve role for the remainder of the season behind rookie Ryan Anderson.

Status: Sidelined. Targeting late-November return
Yi Jianlian said he expects to be out about 4 weeks - until late November - but left open the possibility of returning sooner, or later, than that. "They say maybe four weeks, but we have to see how it's going. Maybe earlier," Yi said Wednesday morning. The uncertainty surrounding Yi's return is discouraging, so feel free to make a move or cut him if it suits your team. Regardless, Yi will be out a while.
