Update: Murphy had a strong preseason debut Wednesday, finishing with 13 points, 15 rebounds, three blocks, and two 3-pointers made.
Analysis: It's good to see that his Achilles' tendon injury is not bothering him anymore. With the departure of Jermaine O'Neal and being able to transition back over to power forward this year, Murphy is primed for the best season of his career.
