Tayshaun Prince shot 72 percent (8-of-11) from the field and scored 21 points in Detroit's win over Philadelphia on Sunday.
Our View: Though he has averaged over 17 points a game since Allen Iverson went on the shelf, Prince may actually benefit from his point guard's return, as it will reunite the Pistons' original starting lineup and take some of the scoring pressure off the likes of Prince and Rip Hamilton.

Status: Sidelined. Out indefinitely
While the current remedy for the ruptured disc in Tayshaun Prince's back is rest, surgery is not being ruled out, and he isn't expected back for the foreseeable future. The Pistons learned of the injury on Tuesday, and after it initially responded well to treatment, it wasn't long before his back flared up again. Owners could wait and see if a timetable is released within the next week or so, but we wouldn't hold it against you if you went with a hot free agent instead.
