Update: Wilks will be lost for the season with a severe knee
Update: Wilks will be lost for the season with a severe knee injury, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
Analysis: Wilks tore the ACL, slightly tore the MCL, and also injured the meniscus in his right knee. Wilks, who won't be able to undergo surgery for about four weeks, will be out of action for six months. Wilks was expected to be Orlando's third point guard, but his injury leaves Jameer Nelson and Anthony Johnson as the only point guards on the roster.
