According to HoopsHype.com, shooting guard Von Wafer has agreed to a two-year deal with the Greek team Olympiakos. The deal is reportedly worth $4.2 million without taxes.

Our View: The trend of American players heading overseas is continuing, and a guy like Wafer can make much more money playing in Greece than he can over here. He averaged 9.8 points per game for the Rockets last season, and he will join Linas Kleiza on Olympiakos.

Restricted free agent forward Linas Kleiza of the Denver Nuggets is taking his game to Europe. Nuggets executive Mark Warkentien says Kleiza has chosen to play for Olympiakos, agreeing to a two-year deal worth more than $12 million. Warkentien said Kleiza's agent, Bill Duffy, informed him of the signing Monday.

According to the Twitter page of NBA writer Marc Spears, free agent forward Linas Kleiza has signed a two-year deal with the Greek team Olympiakos. The deal is reportedly worth $12.2 million with an opt-out clause after year one.

Our View: It has been rumored that Kleiza might jump to Europe if he didn't like what he was getting in the States, and it looks like that's exactly what has happened. There is not way he would have made that much in the NBA, so it looks like a good deal for him.
