According to the Denver Post, the Nuggets plan to make the $2.7 million qualifying offer to Linas Kleiza, which would make him a restricted free agent.
Our View: If another team offers Kleiza a contract, the Nuggets now have a chance to match it. He could also just resign with Denver or play one season and then become a restricted free agent. Kleiza average 9.9 PPG last season.
