According to the New York Post, veteran free agent Jerry Stackhouse worked out with the Knicks but did not get offered a contract. According to a team source, the odds of the team signing him are somewhere between "under 50-50 and longshot."
Our View: Stack hasn't been getting much play since being bought out by the Grizzlies after the trade, and that's a bad sign for a guy at Stackhouse's age. He still has plenty of time to catch on with someone, but for now the trail is cold.
