Jarrett Jack does not believe the Pacers will match the Raptors' four year, $20 million offer for him on Monday, the last day they have to do so, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Our View: It appears all but certain that Jack is heading north of the border. He is expected to see a lot of playing time as the Raptors' first reserve guard, and has a good chance of improving on the career high 13.1 points per game he averaged last season.
