Analysis: At 6-11, Jeffries will be the tallest Knick on the court, and he'll be able to keep David Lee fresh at center. Eventually, we see him being a significant part of the rotation, capable of playing and defending three positions. He's not a great shot maker -- and he's atrocious from the free-throw line -- but there could be some value in the rebounds and steals categories if he's getting 30 minutes a night. During training camp, Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni was comparing Jeffries to Boris Diaw, so you can expect a lot of variety in how he's deployed.
