The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Cleveland guard Delonte West is nearing a return to action after sustaining a broken right wrist on Jan. 15 against Chicago. "This week I've got a week where I can start shooting, so I can get some touch back with my left hand," West said. "They said the cast is coming off Thursday, so that's exciting news."West and his 12 points per game will be welcomed back to the lineup, even though teammates Daniel Gibson and Mo Williams have filled admirably in his absence. Williams has averaged 22.7 points in the nine games West has been out, including a 43-point performance against Sacramento on Jan. 27.
