An MRI conducted Thursday in Minneapolis revealed the tear. The injury occurred in the first half of Wednesday night's game at Charlotte. Granger pulled up after a Charlotte turnover and came out of the game during a timeout with 10:50 left in the quarter. They were the primary reason that he fell to the No. 17 spot in the 2005 draft behind the likes of Yaroslav Korolev, Fran Vasquez, Sean May, and Rashad McCants. The All-Star has been playing with knee pain for several weeks.Granger's knees have his owners more than a little edgy right now. In fact, given his incredible value, it may be worth a shot to look at possible trade options that could help improve your team. Granger does it all though, so you would likely be sacraficing in a couple categories in a straight-up 1-for-1 deal. On a side note, Elgin Baylor selected Yaroslav Korolev with the 11th overall pick in 2005, yet he somehow has found a reason to sue his former employer. We feel it should probably be the other way around.
