The New York Post reports that Danny Granger considers himself "50-50" for Saturday's game against the Knicks. He has been dealing with a sore knee for more than a week, but he was able to go Friday against the Heat.Granger was recently named to his first All-Star game, but he could very well skip it if he needs to rest the knee. That would probably be good news for his fantasy owners.
