News: The Deseret News reports that Jazz reserve forward Andrei Kirilenko watched the second half of Monday night's victory over New York from a seat behind the bench. But he plans to play Tuesday night in Portland, despite spraining the ring finger on his right hand in Monday's second quarter. Kirilenko caught his finger on the rim on a missed shot. "Nothing big," he said. "I'm pretty sure I'll be able to play ... I think I'll be fine." Kirilenko said he considered returning after halftime, but was advised otherwise. "We talked to the doctor," he said, "and he said it's better to put a splint on right now and just kind of feel better in a few hours." [...]

Our View: Kirilenko has not done much for his fantasy owners since returning earlier this month from an ankle injury. The Jazz have five games this week, but that is probably the only thing that makes AK47 worth owning at this point.
