Wallace may retire

ESPN.com is reporting that Ben Wallace has said that me may retire from basketball. " "Nothing's definite, but there's a strong possibility that this was my last season," Wallace told the media after the Cavs were eliminated on Saturday.

Our View: Wallace has not been a great player for several years, and it appears as if he has played his last game. He has one year left on his contract with the Cavs, so he will most likely seek a buyout. If he does retire, it would give Anderson Varejao some very good leverage in dealing with the team this offseason.
