A.J. Pierzynski went 2-for-4 while driving in the lone White Sox run on Sunday, as Chicago lost 2-1 to Kansas City at home.
Our View: Pierzynski has had another solid under-the-radar season for a fantasy catcher in 2009, batting .309 with 13 home runs and 48 RBI in 131 games.

Nix had acquitted himself well filling in for the injured Gordon Beckham at third, and delivered another solid outing in a spot start at second base as Beckham returned to the lineup. Nix is 4-for-11 (.364) over his last four games, and his 10 steals, 12 homers and .441 slugging percentage in 227 at-bats suggest that he could be an interesting fantasy player if given more at-bats. Daniel Hudson picked up his first big league win by holding the Tigers to two runs in six innings on Sunday. Hudson was a bit wild while walking five in the outing, but he did strike out four while giving up only three hits. Hudson is a quality and perhaps underrated prospect, so he's well worth watching in all formats. He'll get the Tigers again later in the week and could be considered in fantasy leagues if you're looking for a last-minute option.
