Sergio Romo is dealing with a right knee sprain suffered in the Giants' 7-2 win on Friday, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Our View: With the Giants having nothing to play for this weekend, he'll probably sit out today and tomorrow. In 34 innings out of the team's bullpen this season, he posted a 3.97 ERA.
