First, Garza stifles the Red Sox and now the Yankees? Unfortunately, opposing starter A.J. Burnett spoiled Garza's bid for win No. 2 by matching him every step of the way. Win or no win, the Rays right-hander has looked sharp in his first couple of starts, proven by his 1.93 ERA (3 ER in 14 IP) and 14/5 K/BB ratio. The next step will be finding a way to cut down on the free passes. A few more ground balls and and few less walks could catapult Garza to his first All-Star appearance.
